These terms apply when you use calvelle.com or buy from us. Calvelle is operated from Manitoba, Canada. By placing an order you agree to what follows.
All prices are in US dollars and do not include any import duty or tax your own country may charge on arrival, which is your responsibility. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we email your confirmation. If a piece turns out to be unavailable or a price is listed wrong, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
We make pieces in numbered runs. When a run is finished, that piece is gone until the next one. We do not run sales and we do not discount. The price is the price.
Orders ship within 1 to 3 days and arrive in roughly 3 to 12 days depending on where you are, tracked throughout. Shipping is free worldwide. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
We do not ask for returns. If your piece arrives damaged, arrives unreasonably late, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days and we will refund or replace it, and you keep the original. This is in addition to any statutory rights you have, which nothing here removes.
Read this before you buy. Our pieces are electroplated. Plating is a surface finish and it wears with time and handling. It is not solid gold and it is not gold filled.
The Pave Heart is gold tone electroplating over titanium steel, also sold as 316L. The Lucky Heart is gold tone electroplating over a copper alloy, and should be kept dry. Neither piece is waterproof, and we make no claim that either is tarnish free. We do not recommend wearing them in the shower, a pool, the sea or a sauna. Some people react to plated copper alloy against the skin. If you have a known metal sensitivity, choose accordingly.
Full material, size, weight and care details are on each product page. If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, the guarantee above covers it.
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can change the address or cancel for a full refund. After that the order is already moving.
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Calvelle. You may not copy them for commercial use without our permission. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada, and the courts of Manitoba have jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protections of your own local law.
